We want our customers to feel confident about their purchase of the statuette; therefore, it is covered by our 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your statuette please return it within 14 days of receipt, using original packaging material, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. *See Footnote below for additional information. Should an item arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. You must retain all packaging and provide proof by sending images of damage including the packaging. Before returning a Statuette, please contact us at info@deepwaterdivermemorial.com to get a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for delivery, as returns will not be accepted without one. Please package the statuette and it's certificate of authenticity in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your receipt and the RAN we provide you with. We will issue a refund to the account, via the method of payment used, within 7-10 working days of receipt. Please ensure that the item you return is correctly packaged to prevent damage. If an item is received damaged, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to process a claim through the courier used for compensation. We will not issue a refund under these circumstances. * Please note we do not refund return shipping charges unless there if a valid reason for your return i.e. a breakage or wrong gift purchased / sent. Please inquire before your purchase if unsure. Please note that we will have a limited supply of statuettes ready for immediate delivery. If our immediate supply is exhausted don't worry, your statue will be in the foundry manufacturing process and will take no longer than 6 weeks to be made and shipped. You will receive an email informing you of the expected shipping date. Shipping will be via courier (UPS or FedEx). Please note that the shipping charge is calculated according to the weight, dimensions, destination and service. The shipping quotes come directly from the courier and hence there are no added handling charges or hidden fees. Orders shipping via UPS will receive a shipping notification by email from Quantum View Notify, along with a link to UPS that will allow you to track your shipment.
