The helmet sculpted on the Deepwater Diving Monument figure is the Kirby Morgan® Superlite® 17b - This helmet lead the pack of lightweight, swimmable, surface-supplied helmets for the commercial diving industry. The Superlite was soon adopted by the military, as well as professional divers in many different fields of endeavor.
